was founded in 1989 by Harry L. Blair, President. He has forty-three years of experience in the construction industry. In 1995, Harry "Butch" L. Blair, Jr. came on as Project Manager and Marketing Director; he is now Vice President of Operations. Both Harry and "Butch" have active Contractor Licenses registered in South Carolina.
